Warwickshire County Council and the Safer Roads Partnership in West Mercia asked for a comprehensive campaign to help reduce the number of cyclists killed or seriously injured in collisions on the regions roads. A logo, outdoor advertising, educational website, vehicle window stickers, photography and PR launch, all targeted other road users AND cyclists with advice and information.
